"Escape Road" refers to the Website and related services operated by Escape Road, LLC. Escape Road is primarily supported by advertising revenue. Our advertising partner is Ad Metrics Pro, providing COPPA-compliant advertising suitable for educational environments. Advertisements enable us to provide Escape Road free of charge. Ad revenue supports our software developers, website designers, game licensing, website hosting, bandwidth, image and sound files, productivity software, privacy certification, and essential computer equipment. We respectfully request that you disable any ad-blocking software while using Escape Road to help ensure the continued availability of these resources. Your support through allowing advertisements enables us to create new educational content and license high-quality games. Thank you for your understanding.

You are prohibited from taking screenshots or capturing video of any part of Escape Road without explicit written permission from Escape Road, LLC.

Escape Road grants you a revocable permission to link to our Website, provided that the following conditions are met:

Escape Road reserves the right, but does not assume the responsibility, to monitor or review your conduct on Escape Road. Your use of Escape Road is subject to all applicable local, state, national and international laws and regulations.

• Use any robot, spider, site search/retrieval application or other manual or automatic device to retrieve, index, "scrape," "data mine" or in any way gather Content or Materials from Escape Road or reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of Escape Road.
• Engage in any other conduct which, in Escape Road’s sole discretion, is considered inappropriate, unauthorized or objectionable.

You warrant to Escape Road, LLC that you will not use the Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. You may not use Escape Road in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Website or interfere with another user's enjoyment of it. By using Escape Road, you agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Middlesex County, Massachusetts.

In the event that Escape Road, LLC is acquired by or merged with another entity, you understand and agree that we may assign our rights under these Terms and that your personal information may be transferred to the succeeding entity.

Escape Road AND ALL RELATED SERVICES AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. Escape Road, LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE WEBSITE OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. IN NO EVENT SHALL Escape Road, LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH YOUR USE OF Escape Road, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. BECAUSE SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH Escape Road IS TO DISCONTINUE YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE.

Escape Road, LLC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Website and related services at any time, without notice. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in Suffolk County, Boston, Massachusetts. You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Escape Road, LLC as a result of this Agreement. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Escape Road, LLC with respect to the Website and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written.

All content on Escape Road is copyrighted by Escape Road, LLC and/or its suppliers. All rights reserved. The names of actual companies and products mentioned may be the trademarks of their respective owners. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

Escape Road, LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. The effective date of any changes will be posted at the top of this Agreement. Your continued use of the Website after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
